Joe worked with us during our out of state relocation We were able to purchase a home before we moved, in a very challenging market Joe responded immediately to all our concerns and questions He took great care of us: always patient, knowledgeable, and upbeat!

He works diligently and his understanding and knowledge about the real estate market is excellent. For all my real estate needs I would always hire him. He is an amazing guy.

Joe was the best! He knew we would be relocating out of state, but not when, and he stayed in touch with us until the time was right for us to move. He was tireless, patient, and always instantly responsive. We are so happy with our new home, bought in a very challenging market and "sight unseen". We highly recommend Joe without reservations!
Joe Lopez

Joe was WONDERFUL to work with. I bought a home using his virtual tour and it was as if I was there! Joe was absolutely on top of everything including the virtual closing! He was always a call or text away to answer any questions I had including measuring walls for me, teaching me how to open the lock box when I finally get there to see the house??. I highly recommend Joe Lopez for all your real estate needs. By far the best beginning to my new life in my new city??????????. A HUGE THaNK YOU Joe Lopez??????????

This is the 4th time that we have worked with Joe and Tuscawilla Realty and we are extremely happy. He is always very knowledgeable and really listens to what our needs are. I recommend him to everyone I know that is looking to buy or sell and would never hesitate to use his services in the future. He is just like a part of our family.

Joe was recommended to us by a friend and we were pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, knowledge and his ability to negotiate on our behalf. We can’t say enough good things about Joe. We love our new home and he made all that possible. We will indeed recommend Joe for any of our friends moving down this way. Thank you again, Steve Hunt

We lived in New Jersey when we started our Florida home search. So when we flew down Joe made us a priority but we never felt like we were imposing. He is extremely knowledgeable. After every home we looked at he gave us comments on each home. The positives and the negatives. At the end of the day we knew things that we would’ve not known if it wasn’t for Joe. Our two daughters are interested in Florida as well. Joe is the only realtor we will use for our family and friends. If we could give more stars...we would.

I would recommend Joe 100 percent. He made buying a new home in a new state stress free. He spent all the time he put aside to look at so many options. Very energetic and personable

Joe is not only professional but personable. He is highly knowledgeable about the Central Florida area and was extremely helpful when it came to finding us land. We never had to wait for a return phone call and he went above and beyond helping us with the purchasing process. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Joe to anyone and everyone that in need of a realtor, he is truly one of a kind! - Heather Jenkins

I used Joe as my realtor both to buy my current home, and to sell my old home, which just closed in less that a month and a half from start to finish. Joe had my back in both situations, always looking out for my best interests. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional, but is a fun guy to work with. I would highly recommend him either for the sale of, or the purchase of, any property! Neena :)

Joe is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Selling a house can be very stressful and emotional. He was supportive when needed and lent guidance so that we could make an informed decision. I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home. If the opportunity comes up for me in the future, I would go directly to Joe.
