Michelle Gervasi is a true GEM! Her knowledge professionalism and dedication is truly unmatched. Michelle goes above and beyond going from open house to open house to scheduling an appraisal and inspections while she was on vacation in Hawaii. Over a period of 4 years Richard and Catherine managed the sale of our 4 properties- a combination of commercial and residential. They handled all of the details of "ownership" and property sale as we were living in another state. Several of the properties were "easy " and quick sales while several required more than 100 showings . Regardless of the sale effort required they persevered and applied their time and energy equally to each transaction. Their sales skills were outstanding starting with identifying the right offering price overcoming buyer concerns during a showing and most of all minimizing the difficulties between contract to closing.In addition to the sales effort Richard maintained a constant physical overview of the properties either calling in outside maintenance or taking the problem upon himself to repair.The team not only took the anxiety out of the transactions but also maximized the value we received for the properties.
