John is a consummate professional. He handled the sale of our large home with the best of care and thought that I have ever seen in a real estate broker. I could not have asked for more than he gave without ever being asked. I would reccomend him to anyone to sell their home. Our home was quite unique which he appreciated from the start. Whitney and Wendy stood out for many reasons
We interviewed five brokers/teams from five different real estate firms and spent a considerable amount of time assessing the information we were given. Whitney and Wendy stood out for many reasons and we are very happy that we hired them. They understood the qualities and uniqueness of our home and property and this was reflected in their thorough research in determining the asking price. They had a better understanding of Harding and marketed that to other brokers and potential buyers. They worked extremely well as a team and always kept each other abreast of all matters involving the process and sale. They were always accessible timely and willing to respond to any questions or concerns we had and were reassuring and friendly every step of the way. We hadn't sold a house in 24 years. The market is now quite different and Whitney was well informed about the current market and the buyers and was always professional positive and resourceful. We turned to her often for advice and she was incredibly helpful. As an added bonus Whitney found us the house we are now living in before it was ever listed! We sold our home in a little over 3 months for more than our asking price and we are convinced we couldn't have done it with any other team. As two outstanding real estate professionals we would highly recommend Whitney and Wendy to anyone. We wish them continued success.
