Whitney was fabulous and Wendy was great as well. We felt like we were in great hands throughout the process. Whitney provided excellent feedback and was always available to us at all hours of the day. We appreciated that they were always present for house tours and took great care of our house. We would highly recommend them.

When I spoke with Mr. Turpin he told me that he would assign a qualified expert to assist me in leasing my cottage. He did just that! Rich showed up when scheduled knew his stuff told it to me straight and did not waste my time. After I engaged him Rich was equally efficient in his efforts and got the job done quickly and the right way! I was very pleased with what Rich achieved especially given that my previous Realtor spent 7+ months on the project and accomplished very little. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone who wants a no-nonsense professional to represent advise and protect them in a residential real estate transaction.

First time buyer a lot of parts were overwhelming with a lot of questions and Kathleen was there to answer every question and be there for me for every step and through every process. Would not have went as smoothly as it did without her.

Where to begin? I could not feel more blessed and fortunate to have had Rich Burgstresser as our broker. His knowledge of the home the area and the ins and outs of the home purchasing process are second to none. Not only is Rich incredibly knowledgable but his kindness and calm set us at ease and allowed us to sail through what could otherwise be a stressful process. I would recommend Rich Burgstresser as a broker to anyone looking to purchase or rent a residential or commercial property in the area 100% wholeheartedly. You could find no one better!!! Thank you for me and my entire family.

Denise has led my family through 4 real estate transactions after my mother passed away in the Spring of 21. She has brought an extraordinary level of compassion and expertise to the table that couldn't leave us any happier. Our experience with Turpin Realtors has been nothing but positive - highly recommended.

This is the second time I've worked with Deirdre Coleman with Turpin Realtors and just like the first time Deirdre pulled off a miracle. I sold my home in Maryland and the buyer asked to close in less than 30 days which put me in a position to find a new home in New Jersey quickly and close within 30 days. Deirdre found potential homes for me within my price range and in precisely the geographical location I needed. She arranged showings in advance and on the fly and we found a perfect home for me and my two dogs. Deirdre helped me with the home inspection recommended a wonderful mortgage broker and provided all of the contact information for the new utilities. Deirdre acts with integrity and consideration and is truly a pleasure to work with!

We had a terrific experience with Kathleen. She was very attentive to what we wanted in a house and the location that best suited us. She always pointed us in the right direction. We had three children under the age of 5 throughout our search and she understood how precious and limited our time was to see a lot of homes. We also lived about 45 minutes from the area where we were looking. In some cases Kathleen even took the time to go look at some homes on our behalf and used FaceTime to give us a tour. Kathleen is very knowledgeable about the area and the home buying process. We highly recommend!

John Schott is in a class by himself. In a very aggressive market John represented us in the purchase of our new home and the simultaneous sale of our current one. Through all of the contingencies and challenges both processes entailed John provided exceptional guidance and expertise and navigated us to a successful conclusion. John's calm and assured manner is combined with a tenacious get-it-done responsiveness and approach that ensures every detail is addressed and every concern is assuaged. He is the epitome of professionalism and I don't believe any other realtor could have accomplished what we asked of John. While we may not be using John as a realtor again in the near future we will certainly be taking him up on his gardening expertise at our new home! It was a pleasure working with John and we are so lucky to now have both our dream home and to be able to count him among our friends.
