When I decided to sell my house I knew there was work to do before I could!  I met with three different agents but knew immediately upon meeting him the smartest thing was to hire Steve at the very beginning of the process! He staged the house using my furniture and they supplemented what I had with their own accessories which they brought in. I listed my house with the guys because they are such a talented professional and fun duo. PS the house was sold for almost "asking" and then they even helped me on the day of my yard sale!  Now that's service!

After a year of being in our home we couldn't happier & owe it to our tireless knowledgeable dedicated realtor Dru Wimmershoff. This is our last home to take us into our golden years. We had a list of non negotiable "must haves" ie master on 1st floor 2+ acres turnkey in a certain area open floor plan fireplace etc. Dru worked tirelessly & didn't waste our time. I especially liked she previewed the real estate or did "drive bys" before we saw it (what u see online is not always what is advertised). Most times we were the very first to see the listing & she knew about it before it hit MLS or advertised! We could not recommend Dru enough to anyone looking to buy or sell! She held our hands guided us through the process & was at all inspections
