Dru worked very hard throughout the whole process
Dru worked very hard throughout the whole process. She is very sensitive and thoughtful towards the buyer and seller which I think is important. She provided a keen insight into every twist and turn with the preparation and sale. She always seemed to anticipate issues ahead of time allowing me to avoid costly mistakes. Not too little and not too much but just right. Thank you!

We happened to have the BEST Realtor in the world
We happened to have the BEST Realtor in the world. She was extremely honest trustworthy.and patient. Whenever we reached out to her she immediately returned our calls. Additionally Barbara Davis was kind and never self serving a very rare quality that is found in a sales person. I would highly recommend her and Turpin is fortunate to have her on their team.

Karen was a pleasure to work with. As this was an estate sale Karen took extra time and care to walk the estate representatives through the process. Karen was extremely hands on in assisting the estate representatives who did not live at or nearby the property prepare the home for listing and complete the sale process. I cannot recommend Karen more highly.

Brian surpassed all the expectations
Brian surpassed all the expectations we had for an ideal realtor. He was always there for us and gave me extra support as my husband was having a difficult time with his Parkinson's disease at the time of the Sale. He was responsive to our questions or concerns and he led or coordinated much of the work for repairs required by the inspection. He was knowledgeable about all the activities and forms required to successfully sell a house. He communicated well with our family our lawyers and our workmen. He was always pleasant and friendly and great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone!
