•WOW is the first word that comes to mind. We were searching for a 2nd home and stumbled across Carissa Spritka on line. We are so thankful that we did!! She was so easy to work with and responded via email, text or phone call almost instantly. She scheduled multiple viewings to maximize our time as we live in another state. Carissa listened to our needs and wants, gave us fantastic advice, always took the time to answer our many questions and helped us purchase our home away from home lake house. We now consider Carissa a friend who just happens to also be a FABULOUS realtor. I definitely will recommend her to everyone looking to purchase in Wisconsin. She was an absolute JOY to work with! Thank you.
