•We wanted to help our son buy his first townhome, and a friend recommended we work with Tricia Wright. I'm so glad she did! Tricia is just terrific in every way. I've worked with our realtors who didn't really listen to our needs at all, but instead pushed whatever they most needed to sell, or whatever would net them the largest commission. Tricia was the opposite. She listened to what we said our budget was, asked my son very good questions and was respectful of what he wanted/needed. Many realtors would have condescended to our son (he's 23) or only dealt with us (the parents) since it's mostly our money involved. But Tricia realized instantly that our son's needs -- in terms of size, location, commute into downtown, HOA fees, etc. -- were primary. She was professional and smart -- she showed us properties that met all our needs -- and we settled on the perfect spot very quickly. She negotiated some favorable terms for us, got the owner to fix a few things, and even got us a brand new dishwasher! She shepherded us through the documents and processes skillfully and well. We were delighted with the entire process and my son loves his new home. You can't do better. Call Tricia. She'll make buying or selling your home a painless process.
