Experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Always offered good advice.

I experienced a lot of setbacks trying to get my house ready to list including a four inch snowfall that collapsed the screens on my lanai, a squirrel chewing through a pipe in my attic causing a flood in the walls of the master bedroom, and the death of my daughter. Rick was extremely helpful getting me through all of this. Great advice and a list of very competent people to help with things like junk removal, cleaning services and many other things. When the house was finally listed the whole process went smoothly and we ended with a very satisfactory result. He’s the one to call!
