•Mary helped me sell my house from out of state. I currently live in Colorado, but needed to sell our rental property in Idaho. Mary went above and beyond to get this done for us from afar which is truly incredible. Our home had been a rental property for years and she took the time to coordinate and execute all of the necessary projects to get it ready to sell. She made multiple trips to meet with contractors/handy men/cleaning professionals to coordinate projects, she went shopping for items needed around the house like a new vanity and carpet (among other things), and she ensured the house was ready to sell. She is incredibly professional, helpful, and absolutely a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her for any home selling/purchasing needs.
