Maggie was great to work with and was able to get us into our home quickly!

My husband and I were first time home buyers, and even though my mom is a real estate agent, I realized we still had a lot to learn about the home buying process. The lenders Maggie works with gave us a financial plan and goal to follow and in less than a year we got our pre-approval and were in our new home a little over a month later. When we started the process Maggie helped teach us how the process would go and what to possibly expect during the process. We were really busy that month and she was still able to get us in to see properties we were interested in at the last minute thanks to her team, which by the way I forgot her name, but she was super nice and even gave me a cutting off of her succulent which I still have sitting out on our porch. Anyway, Maggie was very quick to answer any questions we had and helped guide us through anything we were confused about. Once we found a house, we learned someone else had an offer already in, but with Maggie's knowledge on the market we put in an offer I believe that day and shortly after they accepted ours. After that, everything was a breeze and we were moving in a few weeks later. If anything came up, she was quick to inform us as well! Maggie was very kind and great to work with. She even got us the cutest little custom art piece of our new home which we have framed in our kitchen. People always talk about stressful and difficult it is buying a house for the first time, but Maggie and her team made the process for us quick and smooth! We really appreciate everything she did for us and her hard work. If we ever decide to move within the state again, I would absolutely work with her again!
