I cannot say enough good things about Dawn. For the second time in less than three years, she did an amazing job spearheading the sale of our current home and purchase of a new one. Dawn really shines when it comes to getting your home for sale; both times, in fact, our home attracted multiple offers and sold for (way) over asking price. She’s also very knowledgeable about all of the areas in the DMV—from Ashburn to Annapolis—and is a tough negotiator when it’s time to buy. Our first sale and purchase was relatively straightforward. Our most recent purchase was more complicated and required a lot of persistence and back-and-forth with the seller. We could not have done it without Dawn and her attention to every detail. In the end, we bought a home that we love in an area that we’ve long coveted. We recommend Dawn to all of our friends and would not hesitate to use her again (though we hope to be in this house for many years to come.)

My wife and I have worked with Dawn for over a decade. She has helped us find homes to buy and sell our previous homes at all phases of our lives. She helped us buy our first home as a young couple, then she helped us find a home suitable for a small family, and recently, she helped us find a larger home when we needed to expand. At every step Dawn was a consumate professional and delivered excellent service. The Arlington/DC market can be very difficult to navigate and Dawn, especially for first-time homebuyers. Dawn was always there to answer any questions and give advice on the process. Dawn made sure that we were current on inventory that met our criteria and advised on how to move forward with offers in a competitive environment. Dawn also helped us sell two homes, both of which sold quickly at prices that were very favorable. We cannot recommend Dawn highly enough if you are buying or selling your home!

Dawn is nothing short of amazing. From start to finish she was with us every step of the way. Dawn is expertly familiar with the neighborhoods and the local real estate market and was able to guide me in selecting properties given my goals and the type of rental clientele I was hoping to establish. She is well connected to local contractors and is also able to give a rough idea of the initial investments needed to bring a place up to the standard it needs to be given its intended use. She is one of those agents who you immediately feel comfortable with making such a significant life decision. Ms. Hannah helped me find the perfect place on my first day of house hunting, freeing up the rest of my week! Ms. Hannah immediately responded to my inquiry about the property and quickly scheduled a viewing. She was extremely responsive and didn’t leave me hanging for days like other agents.
