•My husband and I were very lucky to have worked with Amber for our house hunting across the country. She's knows her stuff and LA like the back of her hand. Amber is also very honest and pays attention to the details others may miss. She'll let you know if a house is problematic or not worth buying. She's not just about a sale. She truly cares about finding her clients a home, and not just a house. Us being over 2,000 miles away made house hunting quite inconvenient to say the least. So Amber physically went to check out properties and facetime me so I wouldn't have to make a trip out to California unless it was really worth it. And when we finally found a house worth taking the plunge, the CA housing market's competitiveness was overwhelmingly stressful. But Amber held our hands and walked us through the entire process and stayed on top of everything. Not only did she deal with the seller's agent, but she worked with our lender, the escrow company, lawyer, insurance company, inspector, and I forgot how many more. It wasn't our first time buying a house, but I've never met an agent that cared this much and worked this hard. Honestly, it would have been such a nightmare if it weren't for her. I'm so glad we found Amber.
