•Cindy Viehman with Tryon Foothills Realty really went above and beyond to assist me in the sale of my Great Aunt's home. I lived an hour and fort-five minutes from the town of Columbus, NC, where my Great Aunt lived; she passed away in January 2022, and as Executor of her Estate, I was tasked with marketing and selling the house. After two recommendations from locals, I contacted Cindy to assist me with the sale of the house. She was quick to meet with me and provided numerous sale comps to give me an idea of a good starting point for the sale. She quickly assessed issues that would need to be repaired and made the phone calls to get the work done. She was extremely knowledgeable about comps, how to best price the home, etc. After the inspection, there were additional repairs to be made and Cindy quickly made arrangements with local companies to get the repairs made to the satisfaction of the buyer. Again, living so far outside the area where the property was located, I was not familiar with local services or repairs and she made that so easy and seamless! There was even one last stubborn piece of furniture I struggled to get out of the house, and she posted that on her Facebook page and was able to get it moved out for me! Can't say enough good things about Cindy V! Thank you, Cindy, for making the process so easy for me!
