•I met Amber when she was putting up the for sale sign at my neighbor's house. I told her we were thinking of selling our house, but it was in desperate need of a home makeover. So she gave me her business card and she said that my neighbor's house was going to sell fast and they will probably get more than they listed it for. That's exactly what happened! But I still was ashamed of my house condition so I tried the "guaranteed offer people". Just a sham to get into your house to hire them as our realtor and charge 10%. Then I tried the we buy ugly houses people and they offered me way less than it's worth. Then I remembered Amber gave me her card. So I decided to call her and it was the smartest decision i've made. She made the whole experience of selling a house as stress free as possible. She really knows her business and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend you hire Amber to be your realtor! You wont be disappointed!
