•My husband and I started out our home search thinking that we wanted to get a little piece of land to build a house. We were tired of the HOAs and crowded suburbs. We sold our house of 26 years and spent every weekend running all over the place looking at properties and finally found a little house and land that we thought we might want to purchase and fix up. It was listed by a real estate company whose sign was out front so we called the number on the sign to see if someone would let us in the house. The company sent a realtor out who would turn out to be fabulous. Initially thinking that we didn't need a realtor turned out to be so WRONG!! Almost immediately we developed a great rapport with Crystal. She ran all over the place trying to help us find exactly what we wanted (and that evolved over time.) Crystal guided us expertly, and we never once felt like she didn't put our best interest before her own. After a few disappointments, we made an offer on a home. Crystal thought of things we had not thought about in the negotiation process. She worked very hard to make sure we were treated fairly and that we were offering fair market prices for houses we considered. After a couple of seller issues, we found our little fixer-upper and we are so grateful to Crystal for all her hard work and professionalism. We're not done with Crystal!! We'll call her again and we recommend her highly to anyone looking for a realtor who puts you, the client, first!
