•Here are some key points about Niki because I can't describe how amazing of a job she did quickly. She's very knowledgeable in her line of work and it shows clearly when you work with her. She would always help you find an answer to any question. Niki is reliable and will be there for you throughout this whole confusing process. She was always on time and was ready to help with whatever was needed. I have never worked with anyone who got back to me as quickly and consistently as Niki. I was able to move at my own pace and I never felt like I had to wait on her for anything. Most importantly Niki was kind. With all of the paperwork and numbers she made it all feel less overwhelming. Niki would tell you how things worked in a way that felt "human". When I was ready to start looking for a house I had no idea on where to begin. I was referred to Niki by a close family friend, and that was the best decision I could have made. Niki is made this intimidating process so simple and really went above and beyond! For all of the many questions I had, Niki would respond quickly and if she could not answer it herself, she would be sure find someone who could help. Niki was on top of everything making sure that everything was smooth and efficient. I could go on about how thankful I am for Niki's help. So if you're looking for someone to help you find your home, i couldn't recommend anyone more than Niki Long.
