My wife and I has been working with Angie for few months till we found our dream home. It was a great experience. Angie showed an extreme patience. Although we changed our search criteria several times, she was very flexible and patient with us. She is also very honest. Usually, you meet a lot of relators who just want to close a deal and give you any home. But, Angie was so honest to explain all pros and cons of every house we saw. In many times, we depended on her opinion and great experience to evaluate houses. Angie was also very quick. TORNADO : ) In many cases you need an agent who help you to proceed quickly and to gain an opportunity when you find it. That's exactly her. Finally, she negotiated the price and we could get our dream home at about $11K below market price and even below the appraiser estimate !!!
