•There were numerous challenges facing my journey to purchase home. Location, what I could afford and what was needed within the home. Combined it looked like an impossible situation, but Cerita took on every challenge like the professional that she is. My last purchase of a home was 29 years ago, and this was my first time purchasing a home alone. I was on unfamiliar territory, but she took the time to answer questions and to educate me in areas that I needed more knowledge. Although I am sure I was dealing with less funds than many of her clients she never once made me feel less than. I was never left hanging, and my emails, text and phone calls were always answered in a timely manner. Cerita made a very difficult time a little easier. Tks Cerita, for everything.
