•If you want a good experience when buying or selling a house Rocky is your guy. Rocky is attentive to detail and understands the real-estate market in Amarillo. The challenge for us was the time of year that we placed our house on the market. The fall and winter usually represents a slowing of sales. Rocky was able to come up with some marketing intervention like several open houses, using face book and special flyers that amplified our qualities in our home. Plus he called us almost every day to keep us updated on what was taking place. The fact that he lived in city view was a plus as well. The clients interested in our home had a realtor that was already a neighbor. The home we purchased was easy, he knew what we wanted and it was one of the first homes we looked at. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough as it is. A relator that truly takes that into consideration is a blessing.
