Look No Further

I’m assuming you’re here because you’ve been looking for an agent and are having a hard time finding someone you trust—someone friendly, knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, and who will truly look out for your best interests. Well… look no further. I had been trying to sell my place with an agent I had known for a while, but we had no luck. I felt like they weren’t pushing advertisements or promoting my place as much as they could have. After months on the market with no offers, I eventually decided to take it off the market. You can blame the economy, politics, or whatever else, but not receiving a single offer made me feel discouraged. I found Joanna through a neighbor, and she was a godsend. Joanna gave her honest opinion about my place and recommended specific actions I should take to help sell it. She is knowledgeable and doesn’t BS you. Joanna is extremely detail-oriented and understands exactly what buyers are looking for. After she cleaned and staged my house, it looked so good that even I wanted to stay. Joanna also uses up-to-date technology to advertise your home everywhere. She constantly keeps you updated and works hard by following up with every interested buyer. When offers came through she lets you know if it is a good offer or not. Joanna tries to get the best offer for you. I eventually got something that I was satisfied with but Joanna believed that we could get more so she suggested we counter and the buyer accepted. I was ecstatic. Days before closing, Joanna sent a detailed schedule of what tasks needed to be completed. This was extremely helpful to keep everyone on schedule. She kept this schedule updated and we closed early. Joanna is the best. Look no further. Did I mention that I didn’t meet her in person until I signed closing papers. She is professional, communicative, honest, and trust worthy. Joanna is the last agent you will need. Buy/sell multiple homes with her.
