•I have no words to describe my experience with Elia. She is a professional that gives the example for other realtors to follow. In the year of 2020, she impressed me when I needed to sell my home. She has a huge network of buyers and investors! She is a very great negotiator and was able to sell my house in less than a month with needed repairs! In the year of 2021, I wanted to get a new house and she was there for me from the beginning to the end! Elia is way much more than a realtor; she became part of our family! She has strong ethics, I remember handing her all my Ernest Money and over $2, 000 for a corner lot premium and she took care of me in every way possible. I can trust Elia with any amount, and I know that she will always take care of her client. I would like to share a past experience that happened to me when I was a first-time home buyer with a realtor from a different agency. I will not say her name, but the agent represented Exit Realty. I remember that the realtor did not request a pre-inspection. The first couple of months I had to replace the whole roof. years later I had a leak in the master bathroom where the walls started to fall due to water damage. In this year 2022 Elia protected us from the builder. Elia requested a pre-inspection! The builder was pressuring us to close on their desired date! Elia noticed the deficiencies and immediately told the builder that the home is not ready for closing. Elia on the other hand she negotiated with the builder because they turned in the house late and got us a new refrigerator at no cost to us! If that was not enough, she even negotiated with the builder to pay more for the closing cost! I was supposed to pay around $6,500 and ended up pay half of that! Elia made the builder fix the deficiencies for us to move in. Thank you very much for everything!
