Mrs. Teresa exceeded my expectations and and always kept me ahead of schedule for my new build. She was also able to work closely with my lender and get the information I needed early. She was extremely helpful describing the buying process and making sure everything was completed correct the first time. She was also able to reduce my closing costs by contacting the lender when they charged for my appraisal after it was paid. Recommend promotion and raise. Thank you for the help.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Wanda-a rock star! She was very knowledgeable about the area and knew what we were looking to purchase. We had to see a few houses via FaceTime, and Wanda was a real trooper with that. She called out things like stains on the ceiling, showed the neighboring properties and everything about the property. Wanda helped us through a back up offer, and reneging our offer and then reinstating the same offer again. Wanda was very patient with us as we navigated through the entire process. We will refer Wanda to anyone we know looking in the area.
