▶My loan officer referred me to Kathy. During our 1st phone call, i knew she was smart and know the housing market very well. I had experience working with her couple of times, once to purchase a property near Dalls and the other time to sell the same after couple of years. Purchase experience was very smooth, cause we got it for listed price. She did an awesome job negotiating credits for the repairs needed. Selling experience was little bumpy, since we got lot of lowball offers because of market situation or master being upstairs. Nevertheless Kathy has been very supportive and positive throughout. She kept me updated on everything that was happening (cause we were out of state), and she was always available to answer my questions. She circled back to the potential buyers multiple times, she doesnt not give up or feel shy. She was able to negotiate a fair sale price that i am comfortable at, never pushy. I can honelty close my eyes and sign the docs she sent me, cause she is very detailed and checks her work for accuracy before sending to me. She had done comps multiple time throughout the process also. I mean i have worked with other agent, but never came across a perfection like this. Thank you Kathy for being our agent!!
