Chuck was absolutely wonderful to work with. If at all possible, I will never work with another realtor again. He is friendly, fun, helpful and he is very knowledgeable about the area and the market. He is happy and quick to answer any questions or concerns. When we changed our mind a few times, added or removed different areas of interest, he didnt blink an eye and was happy to help! He always focused on making sure we were happy with our choice. Because he is so knowledgeable about home construction, weak points, things to be concerned with now and in the future, as well as the good parts that added value... he really helped us make a fully informed decision. He was also a great negotiator. Even if we were willing to pay full price, he was knowledgable about the market and knew when a full price offer was appropriate and when we needed to negotiate more. From beginning to end, from the first phone call, through searching, through contracts and negotiations, inspections, and closing, Chuck was a joy to work with.
