I came to Maud with very limited experience and...

I came to Maud with very limited experience and knowledge. I knew I wanted to buy a house, but I didnt know where to start or if I could afford it. She gave me this "to-do" list. I checked off everything in about a week. After that, the ball really started rolling. I got preapproved and I started looking at houses. There was still much more paperwork to do. However, everything went smoothly. I was actually ahead of schedule and I had the option to close early. Maud was always assured, confident in demeanour, knowledgeable, and presented advice without being aggressive. I could sense she was looking out for me. I highly recommend Maud.
