I serve the local community as well as anywhere in MA and NH I have participated in local government for over 40 yrs both elected and appointed. Served my local state and national Association of Realtors as well as completed 13+ certification programs. I also served regionally as Chairman of the Montachusett Regional Planning Commission representing Townsend as Chairman of the Planning Board until I was Elected Chairman of the Select Board in January of 2025.

Excellent Real Estate Agent, prepped, listed, and sold all when i was out of state

Laura was a great agent. I had already moved out of state, and contacted her, providing simply the key to my condominium. She coordinated prepping the property for show, the listing, and the sale with the lawyer all while i was out of state. She got an excellent price for my property, and was very responsive throughout the whole process. I am very lucky to have found such an awesome real estate agent, and would recommend Laura to anyone interested in selling real estate.

Working with an experienced realtor makes a difference!

My husband and I have worked with Laura Shifrin of Townsend Center Realty on the purchase and sale of three properties from startup home, raising the family home and most recently, our retirement home. I can't say enough about how well Laura handles and deals with everything and anything that can come up during a home sale transaction. Her knowledge of the not just the real estate market, but every nuance that could pop up is amazing. Her mantra, "what step at a time", her calm demeanor and excellent professionalism kept me on a peaceful track throughout the process. We met Laura in 1987 when we purchased our first home, used her services again in 1993 to purchase our family home and again in 2024 to purchase our retirement home. That kind of longevity only comes when you truly trust an agent to do right by you. Laura is the one and only realtor for us! Make her yours too - you'll be glad you did!

Excellent experience

We had an excellent experience! We have worked with Laura several times and we have always been extremely happy with our experience throughout the whole process. She has many years of experience, she is very knowledgeable , friendly, caring and professional. We wouldn't recommend anyone else! She always has a calm demeanor and takes everything one step at a time! She always answers our questions and is always there to help with a solution to any problem or issue! She is also very knowledgeable about the market. We recommend her 100 %.
