Condo
•Agostino (Augie) has been my realtor for 10+ years. We first met when I was trying to rent out my condo. After dealing with multiple agents and having no success, the real estate broker at the time allowed me to change realtors and they gave me Augie. It was the only "good" thing they were able to do for me. He has been a pleasure to work with, He not only rented my condo within 4 weeks but he was able to secure me a better rental rate. He was also able to find me another renter when my original renter decided he was moving, and he was able to secure me a renter in time of the previous contract expiring. He has always been available, day or night, to answer questions or concerns I had regarding my renters. I decided to sell this past summer and Augie went above and beyond to help me find a buyer before the renters contract expired. I highly recommend Agostino and would not hesitate to use him for future business.
