Brenda was very efficient and helpful buying our villa in Village Walk sight unseen! She went over and above her responsibility as an agent by helping us secure some items from another listing that she had that wanted to clear out of their home. She was always available to answer questions and took some videos of the house for us since we did not see it in person. We would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to friends and family.

She had about 6 showings in 10 to 12 days and an offer within that time period. I knew there were competitor homes on the market. Brenda got the job done. No silly buyers. She made sure the were proof of funds.

Used Brenda to sell our home in Village Walk. She was easy to work with, professional and got the job done despite a less than stellar housing market. She is well versed in staging, marketing strategies and an excellent negotiator. Would use Brenda again in the future. It was a pleasure to work with Brenda!

From the first meeting with Brenda she was a true professional. Brenda takes great pride in her work and it shows! She answered every phone call and text promptly. She knew all of the inventory for sale as well as the background of the entire development. As far as contacts, Brenda helped us with an attorney, a mortgage broker, carpet installer, painter, the list goes on and on! We could not recommend Brenda enough. We started working with a broker and ended up with a true friend. Thank you, Brenda❤️

Brenda met with me and my daughter to discuss sale price and show comps. She gave us a list of costs and coordinated with her photographer, town management, survey company and home inspection company. The result was smooth sailing for us!

Brenda was well-acquainted with our house, the local markets, and various local agents. She was persistent and flexible, always willing to listen to our needs. When we required repair services, she helped us find reliable professionals. Despite the slow summer market, she worked diligently to sell our house. The closing process went smoothly, and, to top it off, she was a delight to deal with and had a good sense of humor.
