•Joel called me within a half an hour of me asking for more info about a home on Zillow. He was able to set up an appointment and meet with me in under a week from his phone call. (I commented on the Zillow ad around 730 pm on a Thursday night.) Joel did literally everything that he could through the title company and through the investor to ensure it was simple for me on my first home. (VA loan was used and he knew exactly who to send me to, was able to get approved for a home within a week of talking to Joel.) He worked around my shift work schedule and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process whether it be call, text, or email. Joel even worked with me in the phone at ten pm one Saturday night to ensure I got an offer in the house I am now living in. I highly recommend Joel for anyone who is looking for a professional that is willing to work for you.
