I have approached Michael while purchasing new home in Tampa Bay Area. I stay in CA and couldn't travel to Florida while purchasing the home. Michael made my transaction of house go smooth from beginning to end. Michael helped me in each and every stage of the buying process. He picks up call and answers me despite of 3 hour time gap between CA and FL. Michael used to go to builder and get all the required information. Michael used to got o appointments on time and used to take lot of pictures. Whatever i requested Michael used to do it within time frame. Michael even helped me in getting initial tenants. Without Michael i wouldn't have purchased this house I would definitely recommend him to anyone who are potential buyers
