▶Melanie found a home for our previous tenants, which allowed us to put our rental up for sale in a minimum period of time. She advised me in dealing with contractors who needed to get the home in shape for the sale. She then found a buyer in a reasonably short period of time, given the present market conditions. She was able to communicate that I was a highly motivated seller. While we received less money than I was initially expecting, I am very satisfied with her performance. Melanie is an easy person to work with and gets my highest recommendation.
