Before Covid really Hit, I was in the market to sell my vehicle
Before Covid really Hit, I was in the market to sell my house. First time Seller, I went with a company which I will not Disclose, Fancy Website, Lots of Team Members. Long story short, They Dropped the Ball, No followup whats so ever, I was chasing them for their own sale.....I Knew My property would sell in this market fast, But wasted so much time waiting to get some attention...Ran into Alex site, Covid Hit, and He took charge Knowing I lived in Another state Miles and Miles away. No hesitation, with the proper follow up and a very humble commitment to Help. Alex Galitsky is the best realtor I've ever had
Alex helped us, the LLC purchase 3 condos in Lake Wood Park Florida in previous years. He has been a property manager for one of our properties. Alex also was a agent for selling two of our properties within last one year. For the transactions of purchasing, property management and selling of our properties, Alex demonstrated his professionalism toward his work. He is responsive to our requests, understand our needs and negotiates on our benefits. Being a property manager, he recruited a good tenant to stay in the property without our worries. He provides good suggestions to prepare our properties on the market for sale. The units were sold within one month after being on the market. According to my working experience with Alex, I highly recommend him for realty services.

Alex helped us manage the condition of our apartment getting ready before listing for sale. He was very diligent to check the conditions of the house and take care of every detail the most economic way. I was referred to Alex by a friend of mine who has done many transactions with him. I am new and this was my first real estate transaction so I had many questions and was very nervous. Alex was patient and explained things to me in easy to understand language and was able to communicate with me in Russian which I preferred.
