This listing was not easy to market. But with a lot of knowledge, marketing and strategy Larissa did an amazing Job. She tried so many different things, suco as virtual staging and ways to help with the HOA fees to be able to arte at more buyers. We got a cash offer with 15 days to close. It was a great experience!
