This is the second time we have engaged Tony to help us with our real estate transactions. I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Tony Davids was during the process of selling my townhouse in Celebration (Disney's Town), Florida. He is a true pro and he cares. Tony is honest, straight forward and he gave me a list of things that I needed to prepare before the listing. He made sure that we prized the house for (SELLING) and had done his homework by researching the local market. A professional photographer showed up and created a combination of professional images and a pro drone video that presented my home in the most beautiful way. Add his willingness to LISTEN. My wife and I presented Tony with an extensive list of "must haves" for our new home.
