Energetic and well organized.

Tom has done more to get the best price on our house than any other Real Estate Agent I've had. He knew just where to start and who to call, and pursued the repairs and upgrades with vigor and determination. As a result, all our work was completed per schedule and our 57 year old ranch house looked almost brand new inside and out. I found Tom to be very congenial and easy to work with, as well as entertaining. I very much enjoyed getting a glimpse of his other passion when I was invited to his home for an evening of live music. Even though our business relationship has ended, I consider him a friend. In the turbulent period between the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026, Tom had the right instincts about the Lamorinda market. We hit the market at just the right time. We had several competitive bids after the first couple of very well attended showings and the house sold the first week on the market. Very, very satisfying!
