Sandi was a pleasure to work with, very professional and a wealth of knowledge.

We were new to this area and did not have a local realtor to work with. We were able to find Sandi thru the local listing and reached out to her to see if she could help us out since we were out of town. We were going to need expert knowledge of the community and market. Sandi offered her support right away working with us long distance from Hawaii. We immediately discovered that she had a wealth of knowledge in the local area and the market and long-distance communication was great. We started discussing what we were looking for in what is going to be our retirement home. We started sharing property we were finding, and she was providing feedback as well as sending us other property to review. We wanted to get a good idea of what areas to focus on before we flew into town to actually look at these houses. When we arrived in town she had dedicated the majority of her time to ensuring that we could see all the houses we wanted while offering information on any other houses that might be of interest. The time was very well spent and fortunately Sandi helped us find just what we were looking for. We had to fly back to Hawaii and Sandi stayed fully engaged ensuring the offer, negotiations, acceptance, interface with local law firm, and closing went smoothly. Sandi is awesome to work with and has vast knowledge of the market and communities around the area. Very Professional!

Great Experience

Top notch

This was our first experience selling a home that had emotional attachment. I am so grateful we had Sandi. Her communication and organizational skills are top notch. Despite the many obstacles we faced with various buyers she kept the ship sailing and I trusted her to make difficult decisions on our end. She really had our backs and stood up for us. I didnt feel like i was just a client. It always felt like I was talking to a friend. 10/10 recommend having her on your side!
