•My wife and I found our dream home on the market and wanted to put an offer in on a whim. I did some research on realtor.com and really liked the reviews and ratings on Kim Burton. I reached out and had a great conversation. She helped us negotiate the offer on our dream home and selling our home. She even had a potential buyer in mind and lined up. Even though the potential buyer wasn't a fit we had a full accepted offer on our house the first day! Kim is the professional I was hoping for and made our experience easy with lots of communication and setting proper expectations. She even negotiated a few benefits in the new house that we didn't request or expect. Overall we had an amazing experience and would recommend her to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a home.
