A Wonderful Experience Looking for a New Home Mélanie Cauchon is really the best - as a person and a real estate agent. She knows every inch of the area where I wanted to find a home and really understood and focused on what I was looking for. Her knowledge of legal and financial issues concerning the purchase of property was eye-opener and invaluable to me. Mélanie’s professionalism is without question - always prompt to return calls and answer questions, and she has a sharp eye to notice problems in a property that need to be addressed or avoided. She always came to appointments with detailed printouts and photos of the properties for me to keep and would provide me with more information if I asked. She is understanding and patient. When I became overwhelmed by all that is entailed between the offering and the closing of a home, I always felt that Mélanie was looking out for me - above and beyond what I would have expected. My trust in her is 100%. I often told her that if 5 stars is considered top rating, she deserves far more than that. If I must move again, I will return to Mélanie Cauchon. Posted by Elizabeth W.
