As first-time home-buyers, Michele was so encouraging and intuitively understood our concerns and desires as we went through the process of seeking out the home that was going to be right for us. When we finally found the right place, we were ready! Our offer was submitted and accepted within 48 hours of our first visit to the home. But it wasn't until we were in the inspection period that we saw Michele's true value as a negotiator. The home inspection exposed a number of problems with the home that might have made it impossible to move forward. But she worked so deftly with the sellers that we were able to get everything we needed and wanted from the deal, including a new roof and restored fireplace! Throughout the process she was professional, knowledgeable, and confident that we would come out on the best possible side of the transaction.
