•We live in Florida but were in Waldeboro visiting friends when we decided to look into buying a second home in the area. We randomly picked Marsha out from among a list of agents without knowing anything about her, and boy, did we get lucky! We had only one day left before leaving from home, but she got right on it and got us in to see a house we were interested in. That one didn't work out, but once we were back in Florida, we would call her whenever we saw a house online that we thought might work for us. Each time she was extremely responsive, and on some occasions she visited homes and walked us through using Facetime. In each case she was also was sure to tell us about the surrounding area, even driving with her phone shooting videos from the dashboard so we could get a good idea of what to except more than just the house itself. Marsha walked us through how to structure our offers to increase our chances of being selected from the multiple offers that were sure to come in. When we finally were successful she guided us away from a shady national mortgage broker and referred us to a local one that did great for us. We felt all the way through that Marsha was an advocate for us. I can't recommend her strongly enough!
