Because of excellent service and results he provided to friends, we contracted with Tim to sell our house in spring 2015. He suggested improvements. We asked, "What is the average length of time for your listings to close?" He replied, "Ninety days." We shook hands. We made the improvements Tim suggested. The house listing went public. Eighty-nine days later, after about 15-16 showings--and one second showing--we signed a contract for the sale of the house. For our sale, Tim operated as both the sellers' and the buyers' broker, and he was impressive in his ability to strategize helpfully for each party. In general, Tim has mastered the contemporary reality of buyers shopping by Internet searches--which has changed the selling reality from what it was--and for his electronic responsiveness. He responds to any query of ours almost immediately--scarcely have we ever waited longer than two hours to hear back. Tim paid for top-quality staging advice and for top-quality photographs. We believe these elements account for our number of showings as compared with other local for-sale houses of which we are aware. Furthermore, Tim is a man who is enthusiastic about his work, and that makes all of our contacts with him pleasurable. We are happy to provide him with a high recommendation!
