•My husband and I signed Tim as our buying agent. First and foremost, Tim is an absolute professional. His experience in the business really shines. He takes the time to explain up front all the legalize of real estate contracts in laymen terms to make sure there is full disclosure and understanding. You can be confident that he will protect your best interests and will not disclose any personal information about your reasons to buy or sell to any other agents or interested parties. You can also count on him to be very responsive to your needs and he works really hard at scheduling any showings you'd like around your time requirements. He is happy to set up queries to help find homes of interest, but equally happy to show you any homes that you may find on your own. Last, but not least, seeing homes with Tim is FUN. He is full of positive energy, loves what he does, and knows a wealth about properties, which he is happy to share. In the end, my husband and I had a change of heart, and decided to stay where we are, and not buy. But, in the three months of looking at numerous homes with Tim, we couldn't have asked for any better support. Thanks, Tim!!!
