•We decided to work with Marsha because of her outstanding reviews and were not disappointed. We started looking for a house between Portland and Topsham, Maine in December 2020, at the height of the Covid pandemic. Turned out that the market was slow with not much inventory. This required extra patience and knowledge about the market. Marsha never disappointed. Our circumstances were a little unusual because we were looking for a house big enough to include an extended family, difficult anytime but especially so during the pandemic. Marsha stuck with us, offered suggestions, found us homes to consider and eventually helped us settle on a house, all with constant encouragement, support, and help. We have bought 6 houses in several states over the last 30 years and rarely have we had a real estate agent as knowledgeable, patient, and supportive as Marsha DeCosta. Do yourself a favor, call Marsha. She is terrific.
