•We found Aida during our search for a home while living in Germany via an online posting. When we reached out and contacted her she was very professional and helpful from the beginning. We informed her that we would be making a quick 4 day trip to the U.S. to begin looking at properties and hopefully find the home of our dreams. Once we let her know the dates, she cleared her schedule and even made time for us all day Sunday. After walking through over 12 homes over the next two days we made our decision and went into contract the morning of flying back to Germany. She explained that the process would go very smooth with the help of electronic signatures, for the negotiating, inspections, and repairs which went flawless. She understood very well that we were in a different country and 8 time zones away and we weren’t always able to reply immediately. Her commitment to our family was remarkable. She has been with us since day one, and there was no limit to her assistance with our questions and concerns. She was able to get the ball rolling and was available at any time we needed her. Once we arrived back in the U.S. for the Closing, which she ensured was the day we chose, Aida was right there to greet our family and make sure all required documents were in order setting up a flawless closure on the house. She exceeded our expectations as a realtor, and she is very knowledgeable on the housing market and also has a plethora of contacts that are beneficial to you when you are new to the neighborhood and all around home owner. This was our second home purchase and I don’t think it can get any better than this!! Aida is a true professional and we recommend her to anyone looking for the home of your dreams! We recommend her services tenfold! Jeremy & Candice
