Incredible Realtor!

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience listing our house with Chris Woeste. We were retiring and moving to another state so we told Chris we didn’t want to give the house away, but we wanted to price it for a decently quick sell. He did a market study and told us what our house was worth, but for a quicker sell we should list it a little bit lower along with some suggestions of what would make the home more appealing to buyers. We chose the lower amount and within days we had three showings. One of the showings ended up going to contract within the first week. We closed in under a month from listing and could have closed sooner if we had been ready for our final move. We are convinced it was Chris’ knowledge of the current market and buyer’s tastes that made our house sell so quickly.
