•Paige was the listing agent on the house I purchased and then listed the home I lived in to sell for our contingent offer. During times when contingent offers were not typically being accepted, Paige not only got it accepted but she then listed and sold my home within 10 days for the contingency to be met. During bidding wars in the highly sought after area I was moving from and to, Paige made this all happen within two weeks! What she had to do to keep all parties happy and make this work is miraculous given the climate of buying and selling houses with limited inventory. Working with Paige was the best choice my family could have made. She is tenacious and exactly what you need whether you are buying or selling a house. I referred several friends to Paige who still thank me for introducing them after the success she found for them as well. I cannot recommend her more highly. She is fabulous!
