•Deb did an outstanding job finding the property that met my criteria. She previewed dozens of property and would share her input which saved me time by visiting only those limited properties that were contenders. She knows and understands the real estate business inside and out and is a great negotiator. She also understands residential home construction which is an uncommon trait among realtors. This trait is extremely beneficial when negotiating inspection resolutions. As I look to other real estate purchases, I will only use Deb.
