•Choosing Jennifer Shoemaker to be our realtor for the purchase of our new home was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We found a home that we loved & the sellers offered that we could assume their current loan. With their interest rate being in the 3’s this was an amazing opportunity. Jennifer did warn us at the beginning that the loan assumption process is quite lengthy, and would be a lot of work on our end. Oh Boy, was she right. It was 13 weeks of a process which felt never ending. During all of the frustration and stressful moments Jennifer was always there. Every step of the way. Not only was she an amazing realtor who was always in our corner to fight for us, but also a friend & listening ear who we could vent to about the buyer/assumption department chaos. Even in the most stressful moments, Jennifer calms the storm. She jumps into problem solving mode so quickly and figures out how to take the load/stress off of you. We are now settled into our home and looking back on this process the word that comes to mind is Thankful. Jennifer we are so thankful for the countless hours you put into making this dream a reality for us. You truly pour your heart and soul into your work, and it so deeply appreciated. If you’re considering different Realtors to help you buy/sell your home I cannot express to you enough that Jennifer Shoemaker is the woman for the job.
