"Ron and I had met Maria at an open house a little over a year ago, when we were just looking at houses. We explained to her that we weren't exactly ready to buy, but just considering. Maria was very attentive to our situation, and asked lots questions about what we wanted and what we hoped to find. We took her card and went our way. It wasn't until about a year later that we were ready to buy, and we made sure to hold on to Maria's card until that time. We believed that our prior encounter with her made us certain that she was who we wanted to work with. We are happy that we chose her!! In all of the "hands on" tasks that Maria handled for us, she was very thorough and didn't mind answering all of our questions. In tasks that were not "hands on", she made sure that we understood what was going on, and kept us up to date on the process. We could not have asked for a better agent!! After showing us MANY homes, Maria helped to locate the one we fell in love with!! In our eyes, the experience could not have gone any better.
